Shanay embodies the quintessential story of success through willpower and the Swiss meritocratic system. As a child of a family that had to flee Iraq with 3 little children in the early 1990s and came to Switzerland as refugees, she has risen to hold a bachelor's degree in marketing and certificate as interior designer.

Her career path led her to serve as Chief of Staff for a serial entrepreneur and investor, and she also serves as Managing Director of one of Switzerland's leading associations where the worlds of business and politics meet.

In recent years, Shanay has been repeatedly approached and offered Chief of Staff roles for multinational family offices, entrepreneurs, and executives. Despite these opportunities, she was initially hesitant to start her own venture. It was the serial entrepreneur she worked for who encouraged her to take the leap and create Elysia Services, recognizing her unique expertise and potential to serve this exclusive market. He has now become her first client, business partner, and mentor.

She strives for perfection while efficiently managing resources, with a service-minded approach that means being available whenever clients need her. Her exceptional communication skills and dedication to service excellence make her uniquely suited to lead Elysia Services, where personalized attention and genuine care are her natural way of being.

When not working or caring for her two children, Shanay is a passionate salsa dancer who used to teach when younger. This artistic passion reflects the same dedication and grace she brings to everything she does.
